FEAR IS JUST A MIRAGE!
Fear cripples,
It disables,
It blurs your vision of what can be,
It renders something significant useless,
It causes unnecessary weakening and distress,
Makes you quiver and shiver,
Upturns your beliefs and hope for the future,
It creates a state of emergency,
But just at the slight entrance of faith,
It surrenders its power,
It disappears and loses its hold,
Once again, my heart is emboldened,
My soul is stirred to move on,
I say to myself ‘Fear is just a mirage’,
Because one of its pranks is to distort your reasoning,
But, it only takes a small amount of faith to shut its mouth,
I’ve made up my mind not to live in fear,
Never letting it hold me back.
