Again, a word I wasn’t aware of before the time I dealt with PCOS is APITHERAPY.
For anyone who doesn’t know what apitherapy means, this is simply the art of using honeybees’ products {which is where api is derived from, as bees mean apis in Latin} for medicinal use with the aim of promoting health and this has been in use for thousands of years. Some examples of honeybees’ products are pollen, propolis, royal jelly, honey, and beeswax. However, the honeybees’ products that have the most known use for fertility are royal jelly, pollen, and propolis.
If you are wondering whether I used all these honeybees’ products when I was dealing with PCOS, thereby preparing my body for fertility. The answer is a big ‘YES’. One thing I would like for you to know, my friends, is that I wasn’t just trying products to see which one works or not {this is not to say that you can’t because when dealing with an issue like PCOS, what might work for one might not for another}, but I was taking informed decisions based on the extensive research I have made to dealing with PCOS naturally.
After much research, I found this product called Apimist Xtra Royal Jelly in the country where I live and to me, it is a wonderful product because it contains all three of the honeybees’ products I was after. Also, I would post an article I found useful when studying about Royal Jelly, Pollen and Propolis immediately after this post to further educate you on their usefulness when preparing your body for fertility.
Lastly, please be aware that honeybees’ products may cause allergic reactions in some people. Please consult your doctor before you take any supplement containing these products if you have had an allergic reaction to them in the past or you are in doubt whether you will react to them.
