Dealing with PCOS: Fertility Cleansing and Massage

Back to one of the ways I dealt with PCOS and today, I will be explaining how fertility cleansing and massage can be of great help when dealing with PCOS. These two activities are quite essential when preparing your body for conception in turn dealing with the symptoms of PCOS.

In today’s world, when people want to start a diet, they go on a detox programme to better prepare their bodies for the journey of weight loss so also when you are about to sit for an exam, you prepare to succeed by reading and studying relevant materials to ensure your achievement. So, cleansing the liver and uterus are a great way of preparing your body for fertility.

In cleansing the liver, you are helping it get rid of excess estrogen that it may have gotten rid of by itself but because of poor health and lifestyle or being on a poor diet {by this, I mean not eating healthy and right!}, the liver has become lazy to do its work and therefore, estrogen has built up to a rather high level. Most of the time, it is as a result of this estrogen dominance that PCOS symptoms like weight gain, infertility, vaginal dryness or itchiness, abnormal or irregular menstrual cycles, sleeplessness, excessive or thin blood flow during periods strike. Also, cleansing the uterus is vital in removing any old blood left behind after the end of menstrual cycles, making the uterus a better place for conception to happen.

Fertility massage is another way in preparing your body for fertility which may be done alongside fertility cleansing at specific times to possibly help in treating PCOS, hormonal imbalance, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, blocked fallopian tubes and menstrual cramps.

An article which I find very helpful as it not only explain what fertility cleansing is all about, but went further to highlight what could be done to achieve a fertility cleanse would be posted right after this post. To know more about fertility massage, click here.
