One thing that is common to all men regardless of the location where you live or the side of town where you work is TIME. 24 hours is common to the guy who is already at work in the United Kingdom and the lady who is probably still in bed in the United States. Regardless of the time difference, we all have the same amount of time to produce results, make improvements or perhaps, rest. It’s no wonder even our body has a way of working out the 24 hours that have been given to us to utilize. Just merely looking at the clock, gives you an idea of what you should be doing with your 24 hours.

It Pays To Laugh!
We live in a world that is full of things to make us frown, sad, upset, frustrated and just overwhelmed. These things have the ability to stifle our joy, thereby making us go around with a heavy heart and a sad face.
However, we have to make up our minds to find things to make us laugh. Laughter makes us more relaxed and has the ability to reduce whatever stress we’re going through. After a good bout of laughter, it is possible to see issues from a more positive perspective.
Family Day Out Pictures 2
Yesterday, I posted some pictures I took on our family day out last week. So, today I will draw a curtain to that by posting the remaining pictures of our little outing. The first one is of the museum we visited. It is a very big old one with a nice architectural layout.
Family Day Out Pictures 1
A couple of days ago, my family and I decided to have a day out. It was a nice summer day and we just thought to make the most of it and so out we went. Since we planned to only visit the museum this time, I decided to take pictures of anything that catches my fancy as we travel to the museum. First of my captures was this building, after giving it some effects, this was what it looks like. However, look out for the original photo right after this one.
Reflections of the Past Year!
Hey everyone,
Today is my birthday. Woohoo!
I’m grateful to be alive and well. Grateful for what God has blessed me with. Grateful for where I am. Grateful for where He’s brought me from. Grateful for being blessed with a great family network and by this I refer to my immediate family, my sisters and their families as well as family friends. Grateful for being here today. Where I was last year is not where I am today and for that reason only, my heart is so full of praises to God. He is real and still very much interested in every of His children. In the light of thanksgiving, early this birthday day of mine I took a trip down a short memory lane to the past year.
Don’t Miss Today’s Opportunities!
How true of what Bill Keane once said that ‘Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift of God, which is why we called it the present’.
Each day presents us with the opportunity to effect changes where necessary, a chance to become better, an avenue to achieve more, a go at making a difference, a room to build on yesterday’s achievements and another moment to live to the fullest.
Putting it into perspective, you have the opportunity to improve your skills today, to forgive that person today, to start that weight management programme today, to be there for someone today, to spend quality time with your family and loved ones today, to start that assignment today, to finish that project today, to simply be the best today.
DON’T MISS TODAY’S OPPORTUNITIES!
Mama, I survived!
On the 18th day of December 2013, my water broke and I called the Labour Ward to know if I should make my way down to the hospital, after some few questions I was asked to come down. So, my husband and I packed my hospital bag and excitedly went down to the hospital in preparation for the delivery of our gorgeous baby.
